Great service. Repaired front-end problems, so my older car handles better than it did 10 years ago. And they did it all at a lower cost than the estimate they provided. The diagnostic covered a comprehensive look at all the systems with photos and videos, so I could see, first-hand, what they found. But there was no pressure to do more than I thought necessary. If there were 6 stars, they would get it.

I've been taking our cars to Rx Automotive for the past 12-18 mos. What I appreciate as much if not more than their fair pricing and courteous service is their respect for their customers. Specifically, I don't receive a list of add'l recommended services every time I bring a car in for maintenance. At many shops, the upselling of services is prioritized over ethics and customer value. That's not the case @ Rx Automotive and the reason I keep coming back.
