Thought I needed a new aux battery for my hybrid and took it to Rudy's to have them change it out. They showed me where the aux battery was, checked the battery charge, tightened up one of the battery cables (which was actually the problem), filled up my coolant (which was low), and sent me on my way. Great service. Will be back.

If you care at all about what your car looks like DONT bring your car here. I brought my pride and joy(car I had bought when I was 16) that needs a new hood as bumper because of a collision. When I went to go pick it up I was shocked to see what hack job of a car I was getting back. The hood was still very bent and didn't line up at all, the paint had just been slapped on with no effort to blend it. I refused to hand over the insurance check until it was fixed and Rudy and the paint guy got very argumentative towards me and as a young female i was very scared and intimidated as they both got mean and in my face that I had to call my friend to come and help me. After some time Rudy agreed to fix the very obvious mistakes but when I returned a week later to pick my car up, the body was still very uneven. I told Rudy I was very unhappy and he told me that I had to pay for it and to just bring it back a few weeks later so he could try again. I took the car to another shop that was shocked at the quality of work and quoted me a price to fix it that was almost half of what Rudy had charged. I highly discourage anyone from taking their car to this horrible unprofessional place.

Don't trust the old man Rudy. He will lie and deceive you for no reason. Sold me a van which he promised had been serviced and parts replaced. The van has dumped me everywhere and it has been a money pit. I pretty much had to replace every part and it has cost me a fortune. He didn't have a reason to lie, could have been straight forward as I told him I planned on road tripping. He acted annoyed when I asked him questions about it. Would never trust the old, moody man again. Try to be more honest Rudy!

I had just had my suv turned up, oil changed & inspection, my truck was running excellent. I took it there for a radiator & a/c air compressor & now my truck don't even run, almost didn't make it home with it.. i should have listened to my wife about their reviews..

Took the company car for repair, Bad quality work, their masking, and bodywork are amateur a lot of oversprays everywhere, messed up our plastic trim with overspray that they just smeared trying to clean it up and left it like that. They say they will replace parts with new parts but they just Bondo and blend the paint. Then they upcharge you as if it's a new part. I don't care if they repair it with Bondo as long as you don't say it's getting new parts when it's not. Not coming back
