DO NOT GO HERE!!! The only time I've ever left a review because the service (Or what they called service) was that downright awful. Was originally quoted $1300 to fix a leak in the drive. The u-joints and gasket was the only service done. He said he was charging me $1300 to put the drive back on. As I had it off for them to speed up the process. He finally let me take my boat for $800 which is still downright theft. U-joints, gasket, and putting the drive back on..... $800 Like I said I'm not one to complain but this is just bad business and Roy should be ashamed of himself.

Roy & his employees did a great job fixing our boat. He rebuilt the carborator. We just took our Base Tracker Mercury 40 hp outer boat out at Alum Creek over the weekend. It's running great thanks to Roy. He was fast, friendly, professional & knows how to fix & repair boats. We highly recommend Roy's Marine Service.

This is a very long story and if you need to know specifics you can message me privately. At the end of the day this business is incompetent and also failed to take accountability for their mistakes, which makes matters even worse. With my boat it has resulted in a cracked motor block (from lack of correct winterization) and numerous other issues that are too much to list here. The end result is that my boat is still being fixed (since April of this year) in another shop and I haven’t had my boat all spring and summer. I highly discourage anybody from taking their boat here. Go to a reputable marina or mechanic with the correct certifications and experience. This is not the place. I do not recommend. If I could give this business zero stars I would.

Wish I would have seen these reviews before I went there. I like Roy he's a pleasant older guy but without going into details I will never take a boat there again.

We got excellent service. Roy got our boat fixed quickly. He has a lot of knowledge with boats and symptoms, which save time and money on diagnosis.

Great service and fair price. Came out here for the weekend with my wife and found my boat battery was dead. Roy came out early in the morning helped me get it in the water and jumped. Did not lose any time on the water and wife was definitely pleased. Will use again if needed.
