Royalty Auto Services #1 Introduce

Royalty Auto Services #1, situated at 2424 N Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89108, operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" category, offering a range of services to vehicle owners in the greater Las Vegas area. Based on available customer reviews, an objective introduction to this establishment can be provided, highlighting its strengths and areas where customer experiences may vary.

Regarding the environment at Royalty Auto Services #1, the provided customer feedback does not offer explicit details about the physical appearance of the shop or its waiting area. However, the interactions described by customers suggest a focus on the mechanical work itself. As with many independent auto repair shops, the primary environment is the service bay, where technicians perform repairs and maintenance. The overall atmosphere, as perceived by customers, is heavily influenced by the professionalism and demeanor of the staff, particularly during initial contact and service discussions.

Royalty Auto Services #1 provides various services typical of an auto repair station. A prominent service highlighted in customer reviews is major repairs, such as **alternator replacement**. One customer specifically mentioned that their alternator was replaced, and the price was considered reasonable, indicating that the shop is capable of handling significant mechanical work. While not explicitly stated, it can be inferred that they offer other common repair services including diagnostics, brake work, fluid changes, and general vehicle maintenance. The shop's ability to complete complex tasks efficiently suggests a team with practical experience and the necessary equipment to address a range of automotive issues.

The features of Royalty Auto Services #1 present a mixed but insightful picture. A significant positive feature, repeatedly emphasized by satisfied customers, is the perception of **honesty and trustworthiness**. One review specifically praises Rico, noting that he was honest and trustworthy, a sentiment that resonates with customers who have used the shop for more substantial repairs. This is a critical factor in the auto repair industry, where transparency and integrity are highly valued. Another key feature highlighted is the **efficiency and speed** of service for certain repairs. For the alternator replacement, the customer was told the car would be ready in two hours and it was completed in less than that time. This demonstrates their capability to perform repairs promptly when they have the necessary parts and resources. However, it's also important to note that customer experiences with the shop's customer service and willingness to perform smaller tasks, like **oil changes**, can vary. One review describes a negative experience when trying to get an oil change, feeling that the request was met with reluctance, as if "asking for it for free." This suggests potential inconsistencies in how different types of services, particularly routine maintenance, are handled, or perhaps a preference for larger repair jobs. Therefore, while the shop may excel in certain areas like major repairs with perceived honesty and speed, potential customers should be aware that the customer service experience for minor services might not always meet expectations, and that the "manners and customer service skills" of some staff members could be an area of inconsistency.

Regarding promotional information, there is no explicit marketing or special offers detailed in the provided customer reviews. Royalty Auto Services #1 appears to rely heavily on **word-of-mouth recommendations**, as indicated by a customer who was referred by their son. The positive experiences with honest pricing and quick turnaround for significant repairs, such as the alternator replacement, serve as an organic form of promotion. While they may not have publicly advertised discounts, their reasonable pricing for major services could be seen as an ongoing value proposition. For current promotional details or to inquire about specific services and pricing, potential customers should contact Royalty Auto Services #1 directly at (702) 631-0083 or +1 702-631-0083. It would be advisable for customers to clearly state their needs when calling, especially if seeking a routine service like an oil change, to gauge the shop's current capacity and willingness to undertake such tasks.

In conclusion, Royalty Auto Services #1 in Las Vegas, NV, is an auto repair station that has shown capability in performing major car repairs like alternator replacements efficiently and at reasonable prices, with customers praising the honesty and trustworthiness of individuals like Rico. However, potential clients should be aware that customer service experiences, particularly for smaller jobs like oil changes, may not always be consistent. For those seeking reliable and potentially quick service for significant vehicle issues, especially if recommended by others, Royalty Auto Services #1 could be a viable option, provided they confirm the shop's capacity and approach for their specific needs when contacting them.

Royalty Auto Services #1 Customer Reviews

Today we used Royalty Auto on Jones for our car repairs. They came highly recommended by our son who has used them in the past. They did not disappoint. We felt Rico was honest and trustworthy. He said our car would be ready in two hours and it was less than two hours. We had alternator replaced and his price was reasonable. We won't hesitate to call on them again when needed. Thank you, honest mechanics are hard to find.

Turn me down for an oil change, acting like asking for it for free! I was considering doing some repairs with this shop, as they done a good job before but seems like things have changed. Hire people with manners and customer service skills!

I don’t even know where to start, I’m not the type of person to put reviews on places at all but I feel like this one is a must, so that I can avoid people from coming in here and being scammed like I was. Save yourself your time and money. I brought my car here for a little repairman at first and then they started telling me all of the things that I needed to do to the car and I was okay with it, they started telling me all of these high prices which I was okay with and I was willing to pay for every single penny if it meant that my car will be in good conditions and will run perfectly after that. When I went to pick up the car and got home I noticed that my horn did not work at all, as well as the lock sound when locking my car. I though I was tripping at first so I tried to change the settings in my car and still nothing, keep in mind that the horn and lock sound worked perfectly before, I also noticed that the car was still pretty much the same to when I first brought it here. I initially brought it there because the car shakes when I hit the accelerator and it was still the same after paying $3000 dlls, and then I called and I told them what had happened and they told me that everything they did to the car could had not affected the horn and lock sound, and I’m like wtf? So then who else did it because it was working perfectly before I brought in here, after that they told me to bring it anyways, so I did and they fixed the horn and lock sound and for the shaking part they told me it was the “catalytics” and they wanted to charge me another $3000 for that and I’m like what no way so I picked up my car called my friend and told her about that and she told me to bring it to her mechanic, so I brought it to her mechanic, and what he told me was so shocking, part of what the company “fixed” was the driveshaft, front brake, etc, and my mechanic tells me that when they fixed the driveshaft instead of installing it correctly, they like hammered it. It was so heartbreaking, because when i brought in here I completely trusted them expecting them to do their job and fixed my car for the specific service the I paid for, I’m a woman so I guess it’s easily to lie and cheat when it comes to these kinds of stuff taking in mind that it’s also my first car so I barely know anything about cars so if I didn’t brought it to my friends mechanic God knows what could had happened and I probably wouldn’t have noticed nor known about that. I could have comeback and argue with them to fix whatever it is that they did which I think is what I should’ve done or what any person would’ve done after paying $3000 dlls, but like I said there’s no point really because it’s just me a woman, a 19 year old that will go and argue with a bunch of “mechanics” and they could literally said anything to me and I still wouldn’t know whether they're lying to me or not and my dad is never really present so I can’t really expect much from him, but anyways to make shorter, I ended up paying $3000 dlls for a service and it just ended up being the same and even worse as when I first brought it here, as you can see in the picture there’s also oil leaking because of it. How sad how they can be so many evil people and what they would do for money, but anyways lesson learned. So if you’re reading this and if you read until the end, please save your time and money and avoid this place. And always do your research when you go somewhere to fix your car before you bring it there! Praying for their business and improvement not just as workers but as people, I’m really hoping that they will soon realize that scamming people and lying to them in order to get money it’s no the way to go. God bless

Rico and his team of mechanics are by far (excuse my terminology) the dopest mechanics I’ve ever encountered. The quickness was unbelievable and not to mention they have a financing program were you can get your car fixed now and your out the door. Make payments weekly and also establish credit. They also hooked my ac up no charge. This is my go to shop. Highly recommended!
