The employee who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate of my car issues and frustration. She even ordered me parts from a store out of state, and they were here super quick!! When I returned to pick up my parts and had asked for the manager to compliment the helpful employee and their outstanding customer service, it turned out she was the manager. I'd go to Connie's store any time.

Jessica was awesome! She helped checked my battery and also checked my starter and alternator. She saved me $600, which is what a mechanic wanted to charge me to "fix" my starter. Great customer service, much appreciated!:)

Stumped. A call to this store for a plastic universal heater 3/4” T to connect three heater hoses takes 9 minuets while being put on hold twice. And I end up with an answer of, “I don’t think we have it.” Having been in their stores before I know they use a computer to look up the part but I could hear him helping other customers.at the same time. I ask myself if this is Good customer service? I still don’t know if O’reillys even has it in stock. I know… download the App and order it from my phone! I need it hmmm now. Smh Next
