Route 20 Auto Repair

Our car went off the road in a snowstorm while driving to the Cleveland Airport, and we had to have it towed by AAA. Route 10 came up, and the tow driver confirmed it was a good shop, so we took it there. Our experience was tremendous. Tyler,our primary contact, was professional, timely, and responsive. Their inspection was thorough, and our insurance company agreed to all of their fees and recommended repairs (for $5900 total!). They kept us in the loop on securing parts, used all dealer/VW parts for the repair, and even left a nice little bag of candy with a nice message (what a nice touch). Most importantly of all, my car runs BETTER than before the accident, and we have had no issues since picking it up. This is about as well as an 11-year-old car can run. Overall, great service, great prices, and great outcome. Heartily recommend.

Great experience! I slid my car into a curb and knocked my alignment out. They diagnosed and had it repaired in no time during the Xmas-New Year when everyone was busy. I greatly appreciate them getting me back on the road.

I was told about this shop by a friend and he said that he had great service and the price was good. I stopped in to see if they could look at the issue with my car and they got my car in fast. Tech looked and my car and gave it a thorough inspection and found the issue straight away.. The tech did a great job from finding the problem fast to fixing the problem at a good price.. shout out to Meade. Saved me time and money.. Thank you. Recommend this garage to anyone. Professional and most of all my car is back on the road at a great price.

Great service! They got me in very quickly to have new tires put on. I did purchase my tires elsewhere. Did not take long to put them on. Holding air as they should. Very happy

I had a different issue that needed attention in August, I called on a Monday morning and they were able to get me on the schedule the next day and I took advantage of a ride home. Repair was done early afternoon as promised. Great customer service all around for every experience I've had with Rt 20 Auto Repair. I highly recommend them! Great experience here on 6/19, everything was thoroughly explained for current issue and recommendations for future service needs. Awesome follow-up too!
