Had to get new wiper blades and wiper fluid. The counter person took care of everything for me. I carry a cane because of balance issues and appreciate the extra service.

After first stopping at another auto part store and being treated like I was an idiot, I went to O'Reilly's. Teresa helped me. And I just wanted to take the take to show my appreciation to this woman. She took the time to explain things to me in a way that I understand, was completely compassionate about the terrible experience I had just had else where, and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. She took the time to teach me how to fix the things I was there for and pointed me in the right direction to fix the things I cannot. I really can't express enough how this small interaction of kindness and understanding made my night. It's been a constant wave of one thing after another after another lately, and trying to find balance while feeling overwhelmed and stressed is hard sometimes. I really needed someone to take their time with me last night, and she made sure I left feelings informed and comforted. Thank you again.
