If you are in Metro Atlanta, and need maintenance and/or repair for your car, look to no other place than Roswell Auto Center in North Fulton. In all the interactions with them over several years, I have always found outstanding professionalism, competence and ethics. Carl, Randall, and Ryan will handle your case effectively and courteously, with accurate estimates. They will not try to push on you jobs and services that you don't need, nor will they inflate labor hours when the same time within an hour is in fact shared between different, yet contiguous jobs. As a concrete example of this establishment's honesty, I recently requested a list of complex suspension jobs for my Chrysler minivan, for which Carl provided an estimate of $ 1,100 labor, plus cost of the parts. Before proceeding though, he asked me to bring the vehicle in the following day for a thorough inspection, just to make sure everything in my request list was indeed necessary. Carl himself did the inspection, and found out that some of the jobs in said list (resulting from an earlier assessment by a tire shop associate) were superfluous, while the others had a moderate, deferred urgency. He accordingly reduced the total estimate to $625, parts included this time! This behavior sequence is something that nowadays few people in this business, in Carl's position (I believe he is one of the Founders/Owners), would spontaneously exhibit. Sure enough, I want to do the fixes in question, but also thank Carl (and Ryan, and the whole RAC Team) for this kind of attitude, and for always servicing my vehicles at the highest professional level.

Ryan and Carl are absolutely amazing. The service I received both via phone and in person was warming. Everyone at this location was professional and polite! I brought my daughters car to get the headlight fixed and it was ready within hours. I highly recommend this place!

This is my preferred mechanic by far. My family has been going to them for literally a couple of decades at this point. Men who do good work and are very conservative with recommendations. I know I can wait on a repair if Roswell Auto tells me I can wait on it. They are always booked up and their lot is always full. I have to remember to be patient sometimes, but aside from that I am very grateful for this business, they keep me on the road.
