Jiffy Lube

My god! I have been coming here intermittently for a few years. This week I went in for an oil change, break fluid flush and a coolant flush. Everything seemed ok. Traveling on 400 north the under engine splash guard flew off while I was going 70mph and it struck the car behind me. The person driving behind me had no car damage. But she almost ran into the dividing wall from the sudden scare. What’s worse she had two young children in the car. In the decades I have driving I have never had anything like that happen to me. And never has anything fallen off my car. I think the technical staff there is negligent and think that a simple plastic cover can have no consequences. For god sakes, if it is lose informed the owner, zip tie it or just don’t put it back. The work you guys do can have serious consequences if not done right and put people’s lives at risk. I am only go back there to tell them to be more detail oriented in the work they do and not aim to do worse. Despite their friendly demeanor, I don’t recommend service from there unless you have a very high risk tolerance. Now I have to go to the dealership to purchase a new cover and have it installed at additional cost that will exceed the service cost I got Jiffy Lube. This place is just not worth it. @ owner response. Your email address doesn’t work.

Justin was awesome! I called ahead and upon arrival he was very helpful. He went through my options for my oil change and explained the difference of each. I also needed new brake fluid, and he provided piece of mind by showing the old brake fluid vs. the new. He was trustworthy, provided great service in a decent time.

I’ve been going here for 5 years. The service and whole staff is always phenomenal; especially the service crew. The service crew is so kind and knows their stuff. However, today I came in to get serviced and a car wash and the young Caucasian lady who is taking payment for a car wash was incredibly rude. I then also had a similar experience with the older white lady who had a horrible attitude. I’m not sure if they have under gone new management as I have never seen either ladies. I can assure you that attitudes like that will not be tolerated. You should not be in customer service with a nasty attitude. It’s sad that their attitudes can be a reflection of the great work that the other staff presents.

The employees at this location did a good job and were pleasant to work with. The pointed out I needed from brake pads and had a leaking windshield washer reservoir (spelling?), which I was already aware of. Apparently, no unneeded upselling tried, which was good.

The service seemed to go quickly and I was charged $94.71 for what should’ve been an oil change only. The young lady said they topped off all my fluids. After I left Jiffy Lube I had a feeling that things weren’t right under the hood so I decided to check and the engine filter didn’t need to be replaced but when they checked it they didn’t clasp it back like they should have, see attached photos. Also the windshield wiper fluid wasn’t topped off. I am highly disappointed with the service considering the amount of money I paid.
