Brought my car here a handful of times. Amazing Service and Honest Work I recently had my car serviced at Ross & Greenville and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jacob and Alan (father and son) are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain exactly what needed to be done without any pressure. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the service, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and the work they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled family owned shop!

Jacob and his crew are honest and do great work. I even called him to get advice about work being done by another mechanic after my vehicle got towed there, and he was patient with me as I described the scenario and gave his opinion on what I should do. Everyone knows finding an honest, fair mechanic can be difficult. Jacob and the team at Ross & Greenville are fantastic. We’ve been bringing our cars here for a couple of years, and plan to do so as long as we’re in the area. Fair prices, honest advice, and no attempts to gouge you with unnecessary work. Highly recommended!

I had an oil leak in my truck and was recommended to go to this shop. I’m giving them 5 stars for their customer service. They initially called to let me know the oil leak was fixed, but when I drove away, it turned out it wasn’t. They called a second time, saying the leak was resolved, but after a 30-minute drive, I found it was still leaking. I brought it back a third time, and after a more thorough investigation, they discovered the leak was due to an issue unrelated to their previous work—but they fixed it anyway. Normally, having to return multiple times would lead to a negative review, but they were fully committed to finding and fixing the problem. They went above and beyond to address the issue. They did an excellent job, and based on my experience, I would trust their integrity.

Have used this shop a couple of times and always satisfied and feel like they are more appropriately priced. Jacob and the crew seem honest and always explain what needs to happen and why. Will definitely continue to use them.
