I had my car serviced here years ago with no issues and was happy with the results. I made an appointment to service my car and drop it off in the morning. Since the hours posted on Google and on their front door are that they open at 7:30 A.M., I assumed I could drop my car off at 7:30 A.M. I arrive at 7:30 A.M. and the front door is locked and no one is answering the phones. I waited until 7:50 A.M., when two employees arrived in the parking lot. They saw me waiting outside the door and made no effort to get inside quickly or acknowledge me. They went inside, did not unlock the door, and didn’t answer the phone. Clearly the hours posted on Google and on their front door need to be corrected. I am extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great people. Wendy is excellent. Came here to check my new to me used Prius from a dealer and fit me in next day. Explained everything very well and did a very thorough job of explaining the tests and how they came out. Didn't try to sell me anything, just did the check and had the results. I highly recommend Chris Murphy's.

Moved to the area (not from California) and found them from Google reviews. Have done a few oil changes, and I will need my 60k check-up soon. Told them I'd start saving for it. They called me out of the blue one day with the quote so I'd know the number to save. Great and friendly staff.

Today, October 18, 2023 called Chris Murphy to get my State Inspection done on my 2017 Camry SE. They had a cancellation at 3:30. I arrived a few minutes early. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and efficient. The waiting room is spotless. Before I bought my Toyota from the dealership I use to bring all my cars to Chris Murphy. I'll be returning. Thank you again for your great customer service.

Good mechanic service, great prices. But don't list your hours as open 730 unless you actually open at 730. This is a repeated problem.
