Maupin Metal - Auto Restoration & Upholstery formerly Brunner

Prior to contacting Maupin Metal, I was quoted $1250 at another place for a brake booster and master cylinder replacement for my wife's 2007 Ford Edge and then another $750 for rotors and pads. I wasn't even sure if Maupin Metal worked on daily cars instead of cool customs, convertible tops and classic Impalas and oldies. Sure enough, they said they could handle it and they did. I had picked up my car from the other place and it was almost 3pm by the time I got my car to Maupin Metal. They called me after 4pm saying it was done. Already? I was so shocked they got it fixed that fast. I didn't have a ride so I had to come pick it up this morning. What an amazing shop in Maupin Metal. Great people and honest straight forward prices. I wish I had come to them first and saved $110 diagnostic fee the other place charged me. Oh well, you live and you learn. 5 stars from me

Work is decent but the communication has been nothing short of TERRIBLE at this point. Changes in leadership rocked this place. Still waiting on my car to be finished since August. Doubt I will bring my business back here as I value communication just as much as quality of work, the feeling does not seem to be reciprocated

Took my focus st over to maupin today to have hunter look over some support rods to install on the spoiler extension that came with my car. Hunter not only got it install efficiently but also went through the trouble to make it look great. This involved some customization missing lock washers and some stuff to fill in the treads of the screws. After all of that Hunter even tried to help me install a cold air intake. I can't praise him enough for his excellent work. 20/10 would and will go to again.

The driver side seat of our C250 was worn and torn down to the inner padding. Maupin matched the material /color and reupholstered the seat back to looking perfectly new again. Now our ride doesn't look so busted anymore. Fantastic service and Kaylee is great to work with!

Needed the convertible top repaired on my 2007 Nissan 350z. Top would not close completely in the rear. Nissan wanted $1200, and told me that might fix the issue. Henry knocked himself out and got the repair taken care of at a very reasonable price. Took longer than I would have liked, but considering all the work he had to do; it was well worth the wait. Henry and Butch were great! Professional, Courteous, and very knowledgeable! They are my go to guys in the future! Thanks Guys!!
