I cannot recommend this place enough! This was my first time being in an accident and I wasn't sure of the process. They did an estimate immediately and were so thorough and kind. They weren't a direct partner with my car insurance so it would take a little longer than other shops but due to how wonderful they were at explaining the process, I decided it would be worth the wait, and it was! They were communicative throughout the process, fixed my car perfectly, and cleaned it! Even the inside of my car looks far better than when I took it in. Cherry on top, they finished earlier than I was quoted as well. Overall, I had such a wonderful experience and I'm so grateful to this crew!

I have had two collision jobs done at Ross-Beakes in Ann Arbor. I was very impressed with the work and the service we received. Nice people work there who are knowledgeable and helped me understand the problem. I feel they offered very good value and the work was flawless, as far as I can see. I know this company has a good reputation in Ann Arbor and I can see why.

Thank you so much for the honesty and timely action of getting an estimate on damage done to my Altima. Although it wasn’t the greatest news, everyone was very helpful and kind and were able to provide me with a lot of insight on insurance companies in Michigan. As a New Yorker now living in Michigan, it was extremely helpful to now know! If anything happens to my new ride, I’ll be sure to come back, but, knock on wood it won’t! 🤣

This place has top-notch exceptional service with quality work. If you want to be taken care of after an accident and not have to stress about anything, this is the place. They did a temp fix on my car so I could drive it while I wait for the parts to come in. There is a part shortage and it’s a Pontiac, which they don’t make anymore, so it took a little bit to get the parts. The repair was quick, they did such a great job, and everyone is super nice and helpful.

Excellent, professional, and timely service. My van door was jammed, wouldn’t close, and Ross-Beakes provided same-day service with a very friendly and caring attitude. They addressed my situation with the goal to minimize part costs and care as if I were a family member. I would highly recommend Ross-Beakes.
