Trying to leave work at 3 am only to realize my car was malfunctioning and would not travel more that 15 mph. I called tesla to arrange for a tow home. After arguing with them for about an hour and a half they finally agreed to tow me home. I don’t know how many companies they tried to get to tow me that accepted just to for them cancel minutes later. Thankfully tesla reached out to Romero brothers and I was originally told it would be about a 45 minute ETA for the truck to be In route. Charlie called minutes after I got off the phone with tesla saying he was 5 minutes away! He hooked up my car made sure I had a spot to ride with him home in his cabin and got me home quick and it wasn’t one of those awkward silent rides. 100% the politest truck drivers I’ve encountered, yet. Will definitely be my go to from now on.

Charlie Romero picked up my car on the side of the freeway at 2:00 am, when no tow truck was willing to pick me up because it was late at night on a holiday Charlie came thru and helped me out at an affordable price . Thankful super courteous and friendly and offers fair prices would definitely recommend. Amazing experience.
