I am impressed with Romeo Toyota’s service department. The service desk people I have worked with (Danielle and Heather) are professional and friendly. The systems for keeping us up to date while in the waiting room are very helpful. I especially appreciate the video report directly from the mechanic, showing the vehicle on camera and talking through each aspect of the repair. Romeo’s work is generally excellent, but mistakes can – of course – be made on occasion. If something is not done to exacting standards, Romeo takes responsibility and follows the appropriate measures to correct the error. I commend Romeo for standing by their work with honesty and integrity.

I wish I remembered the name of the man who fixed my care because I am SO grateful! My sunroof was making noise when driving on the highway and I was worried it would not be able to be fixed but he fixed it so it no longer makes a sound. I did have to wait 2.5 hours but it was worth it — Thank you!!

Excellent as always. No questions asked as to why I wanted my oil changed and it was done in a fair amount of time. I’ve had the Tundras oil changed three times with the vehicle only having 5,000 miles on it in a year and they don’t question why. The service writers were on point and let me know it was done immediately. Both vehicles are treated well at Romeo’s service department. Thanks.

VERY professional and courteous! Went in for simple oil change and state inspection. Ended up needed rear brakes. Put 2 mechanics on the job to speed it up so I could attend a family Holiday dinner. Thank you, as always Erwin M
