Al and Jim have been super helpful every time I bring one of my cars in for service. I don’t know too much about cars but they explain everything in an easy to understand way. They’re honest about everything and you can tell they care about their customers. I would recommend to anyone who needs service done on their truck/car.

They were able to correctly diagnose and fix on the first attempt a check engine light code that had a long list of possible solutions. I will be getting all my car work incl . oil changes at this shop. I chose Rohaley's due to the Google reviews.

We dropped my son's truck off Sunday evening and left the required info on the form for the key-drop. Alec Rohaley called while they had the truck in the bay, was thorough in his explanation and honest about an oil leak we found. No repair needed for the leak, but the truck needed a new alternator. Had the truck back Monday evening. Very satisfied!

I'm new to Lake County. I retired here from Lucas County Ohio. Rohaley's was recommended to me by a neighbor. I had a lot of front end work done, oil change, and brakes on all 4 wheels on my 2015 Nissan Altima. I went back (as recommended by Jim at the front desk) a couple of weeks later for an alignment. I like Rohaley's a lot! They employ veteran mechanics. Jim at the front desk does a great job. They do both trucks and cars. I will continue to take my cars to them. I recommend them without reservation.
