They were all amazing. Great teamwork. There was a trainee there and the extremely knowledgeable girl there was very patient and was teaching him as he was doing my truck. I would go out of my way to come to that. Take five to have my oil done each time now. Thanks again. Your teamwork was awesome.

Service was efficient, upsells weren’t too pushy, they say what they are trained to say, “filters are really dirty” and so on. During my oil change they found a dead mouse in my engine compartment, the shift manager(?) retrieved it, showed it to me, when I sarcastically responded with “oh, nice” she rather aggressively said “no, not us! I said YOU have Mice!” Shortly after that she barked at the crew about not restocking filters properly and how sick of it she is. They all seemed to take it in stride. I guess it’s just how she talks. If I cared about being spoken to in a belittling manner by someone I’m paying for a service I might have been offended, but I don’t care. It’s tough out there and as long as the job is being done, your choice to be unpleasant really doesn’t matter to me. But the team she was working with might care. I’ll add that she had no obligation to retrieve the mouse carcass or inform me of it, it was nice that she did.

Clerk did not seem to know what he was doing. Did not talk to the technician until I was leaving and she wished me a good day. There was no notice of a shop fee which was annoying. I did not feel confident about the work being done. This was the first time at this location. I will not go back.
