I want to give a HUGE shout out to Rogue Off Road. After having a HORRIBLE experience at another local shop I will not name the shop, but I can tell you, DON'T waste your time researching other businesses in the area for an off-road build just go straight to Rogue Off Road. His knowledge of off-road builds and his expertise in the business by far outmatches anyone else I spoke to in the area. Shawn cleared his schedule to complete my build And performed a complete check of the truck, set up my suspension and took the time to talk to me about continuing my build. If you want to have excellent customer service and to feel like a valued customer who appreciates your business, and Will not sell you anything you don't need, Rogue Off Road is the number one spot in Vegas for off-road builds. 🤙🤙

Shawn and the crew at Rogue are amazing! Called and spoke directly with Shawn about my ideas for a build and he nailed it! From customer service to awesome installation, it’s clear they take pride in their chosen profession. Had some parts delays that extended the wait… but couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Worst customer service of any offroad parts supplier I've ever dealt with. My tacoma is fully built and I've bought from many many different vendors....Rogue...the worst. I had an almost identical situation to the previous reviewer here. I also ordered a GTFO ARB mount (I luckily ordered the actual compressor and other parts needed elsewhere...only the mount from Rogue). They have a note on the site to check on stock even if the page says it's in stock (dumb method to begin with). I left a note within my order, as well as follow up email right after ordering to please let me know if there are any stock or shipping delays expected since I had a trip coming up that I was planning to have this all installed for (which did not happen even though I planned this out 2 months in advance). I received nothing back responding to my questions. A couple weeks go by with nothing from them so I emailed again asking for status. no reply. Email again the following day. They respond to that third email telling me they will ship by "end of the week or early next." I waited until wednesday of the following week with still no updates so I followed up again asking for status and if it shipped. I was then told it would ship between wed and fri of that week. I again waited until Tuesday of the following week with no update and email again for status. In this email I mentioned possibly having to cancel the order if I don't get a real answer of eta. I received no reply but instantly got a tracking number as if the product had shipped. I waited two days without replying while the tracking showed waiting for UPS to pick up. No movement. I emailed again asking and they replied, "The package is ready for pick up and we are just pending on UPS to pick up the package at our location. We have requested pick up and are being told that it should be picked up today."...complete BS because that's not how UPS works. They don't just show up whenever. You request a time slot and they show up. I waited 5 more days with no movement on the tracking number. Asked again with no reply.....2 days later the mount finally shows up and arrives with no hardware. The mount comes in two pieces that need hardware to connect to each other as well as to the actual truck. When I emailed about the hardware, they apologized and told me they'd ship out the next day. 7 more days go by with no hardware. When I had finally had enough of these guys and threatened to file a claim with CC company, they replied that they had shipped via USPS and must've gotten lost. Now they try to tell me that the mount doesn't come with hardware (when I know it does because I watched several install videos of the product as well as talked to real people who purchased it and all received a baggy of hardware and install instructions) and they were doing me a favor by sending them to me. If I want another one sent, I'd have to pay for it. If I could rate these incompetent idiots a zero, I would. This was not only the worst experience out of any of the parts I have ever bought on any car I have ever owned, but it's clear to me now that this is their normal based on other reviewers. Take this warning.....DO NOT...I repeat...DO NOT give this company your money. Just buy it somewhere else. I wish I would've just bought the SLEE mount instead (considering its stainless steel while the rogue one has a crappy powder coating over non stainless that scratches during install around the mounting hole only to leave areas susceptible to rust down the line.) Hopefully you don't make the same mistake I made by trusting Rogue with my hard-earned money. EDIT (In response to Rogue's reply).....more excuses and lies. Didn't install just test fit and it scratched. Just get the SLEE brand and avoid these guys and their continued excuses of why they do a horrible job. Lastly, his mention of sending them to me twice....come on....do you really believe that twice these got lost in the mail? And its pretty convenient that they used USPS and dont have a tracking number to prove it vs using UPS like all their other shipping.

I purchased a compress and mount, on 12/29/24, for my 3rd gen Tacoma and made an error when entering my address. I turned around and immediately emailed them stating what happened and provided them with the correct info. No response. Few weeks later, I call asking for an update on my order and get told oh, it should all be here by the end of the week and we’ll ship it out next week. While on the phone, I let them know again of the issue with the address and was told they’d fix it. Few weeks few by and I called again asking for an update. Again was told, oh should be here by the end of the week and it’ll ship the next week. Cool I get it, supply chain and what not now a days. But I called a 3rd time and was told the same thing again! After two more weeks of waiting I sent an email asking for an update. Again, no reply from them. I did however suddenly get a notice my order had shipped. Well another week goes by and my order is sitting idle waiting to be picked up according to UPS. During this week, I get a message from rough country that my compressor had shipped. Awesome, but not. FedEx didn’t have the address correct. Wonder why? Maybe because they didn’t update it when I told them about the error? Well after that, I sent ANOTHER email stating I was very annoyed with the situation and lack of communication from them and wanted to know what the hell was going on with my order as it’s sat idle for a week and now the issue with fedex. Again, no reply. But now suddenly there is activity on my tracking number. Still haven’t heard from them which is fine at this point. I do not intend to do business with them ever again and recommend that you take your hard earned money else where to people who care.
