Rogan & Brobeck Cycles LLC Introduce

For motorcycle enthusiasts and owners in Aliquippa, PA, and the surrounding regions, Rogan & Brobeck Cycles LLC, located at 3414 Brodhead Rd, Aliquippa, PA 15001, USA, presents itself as an establishment primarily focused on motorcycle repair and maintenance. Operating as an Auto Repair Station that specifically caters to two-wheeled vehicles, particularly motorcycles, the business predominantly handles Harley-Davidson bikes, though they do accept other makes and models, as evidenced by a customer bringing in a Yamaha YZF 600R.

The general environment of Rogan & Brobeck Cycles LLC, based on customer accounts, suggests a practical, working repair shop setting. While there are no detailed descriptions of a waiting area or customer amenities, the focus appears to be on the repair bays and the hands-on aspects of motorcycle service. The reviews imply a direct and somewhat informal atmosphere, where the mechanics interact directly with clients. The business is accessible via phone at (724) 775-7570 and mobile at +1 724-775-7570, indicating traditional communication channels for inquiries and scheduling.

The services offered by Rogan & Brobeck Cycles LLC, within the context of an Auto Repair Station specializing in motorcycles, appear to include routine maintenance, tire installation, and more involved repairs such as fork tube replacement and general inspections. One customer sought services for a new back tire installation on a Yamaha and for fork tube replacement, tires, and an inspection for another motorcycle. This suggests a capability to handle common mechanical needs for motorcycles, including specialized components like forks and routine safety checks.

However, the customer experiences detailed in available reviews shed light on certain features and aspects of the service that potential users should be aware of. One significant point highlighted is the shop's predominant focus on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. While they do accept other brands, the expectation for service quality and efficiency might be different for non-Harley bikes. The process for tire installation, for instance, has been a point of contention for at least one customer who experienced damage to a valve stem during the procedure. This indicates a potential inconsistency in the handling of non-Harley bikes or a lack of attention to detail in certain services.

Another crucial aspect of their service, as revealed by customer feedback, pertains to communication and scheduling. One review describes a prolonged service duration of "over 2 MONTHS" for fork tube installation, tires, and inspection, which is a considerably long wait time for a motorcycle repair. This suggests potential issues with turnaround times, possibly due to high volume or internal operational challenges. Furthermore, the communication regarding payment methods was a significant point of frustration for a customer who was informed about a non-functional card machine only upon arrival to pick up their motorcycle, despite confirming pickup twice. This indicates a lapse in informing customers about critical operational details, leading to inconvenience and wasted trips.

Operational reliability, particularly regarding business hours and accessibility, has also been a concern. A customer reported arriving during listed business hours (2:15 PM on a Saturday, with hours listed as 10 AM to 3 PM) only to find the shop closed. This inconsistency can lead to significant frustration and wasted time for clients traveling to the shop. The inability to reach the shop by phone on multiple occasions also suggests potential issues with communication and customer support outside of direct, in-person interactions. While one reviewer mentioned that the "guy that talked to us WAS KIND," this positive individual interaction was overshadowed by broader service issues.

Regarding promotional information, the available data does not explicitly state any current deals, discounts, or loyalty programs offered by Rogan & Brobeck Cycles LLC. However, the business contact information, including phone numbers (724) 775-7570 and +1 724-775-7570, is provided for direct inquiries. Based on the customer reviews, potential clients should approach this establishment with an understanding of the experiences shared by others. While they appear to handle motorcycle repairs, including those for non-Harley bikes, the feedback points to areas where service consistency, communication, and operational efficiency could be improved.

In summary, Rogan & Brobeck Cycles LLC operates as an Auto Repair Station catering to motorcycles in Aliquippa, PA. They offer services such as tire installation, fork tube repair, and general inspections. Customers have noted that their primary focus seems to be on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Key features highlighted in reviews include the individual kindness of some staff members. However, prospective customers should be aware of reported challenges concerning service duration, communication regarding payment methods, and consistency of stated business hours. While they are a local option for motorcycle repair, the experiences shared by past clients suggest that setting clear expectations and confirming details proactively would be advisable for those considering their services.

Rogan & Brobeck Cycles LLC Customer Reviews

They're predominantly Harley bikes. My bf & I came in with a Yamaha YZF 600R, I followed in his car with a NEW tire. They said they would put the back tire on, no problem. Called about an hour later & we go to pick up the Bike. THEY NEGLECTED TO TELL US that they BROKE OFF & stuck back in, the little hose for air. He drove on 16 pounds of air to SHEETS in Rochester. When he went to put air in it, the little hose thing BROKE! We had to keep the bike at the gas station over night. Took a day, 2 ppl laughing bc they have gotten complaints from ppl from this place & said they couldn't do anything bc they were already swamped with jobs. We had to buy a bike lift, a hose & pay someone 50$ (all totaling over 100$, after the 100$ we paid for this place to put on the tire) to redue the tire (only taking them 20 mins). When we got to Sheets we tried to call this place with NO answer. The following day, calling off & on, no answer. The guy that talked to us WAS KIND but this place is a place that I DO NOT, AT ALL, RECOMMEND. Sorry.

Was having fork tube put on, tires, and inspection. Took over 2 MONTHS not even joking. Finally after bike was done I called twice to confirm I was picking up motorcycle. Not until AFTER I show up they told me their card machine wasn't working, cash or check only. Sorry but I don't carry 700 dollars on me or a check book. Go back Saturday, hours listed as 10 to 3, I show up at 2:15 and shops closed. Another wasted trip. They called to ask if I was picking up bike because they had a lot of bikes taking up space. Well sorry but I tried twice already. The audacity. I will never take another bike here for how much of a headache and hassle it was and totally advise against anyone also bringing theirs.

I blew a back tire near the shop, pushed my scooter there. They had no tire in stock and couldn't get one for several days. I located a tire for $79, brought it therr, very fast service but they charged me $90 to put it on. Unreal! How can someone charge $90 just to mount a tire? Will not go back!

I would give them no stars if possible....they changed a tire on my bike and broke the valve stem so I got about 2 miles down the road and it went flat...tried to call them and then go there the next day when they were supposed to be open and weren't...can't get a hold of them at all... they're a fly by night place and I basically gave them _100 for nothing as I had to take the wheel off myself and take it to Millers Motorsports where they had it fixed in 10 minutes and we're half the cost...I will never go there again and wouldn't recommend anyone go there either.. they're horrible
