Extremely overpriced compared to the industry standards. Was charged by the hour for tire replacement, which is not normal. $125 for a mount and dismount of one drive tire is far beyond what even the big box truck stop tire shops charge. If this is normal practice, then they should state that ahead of time, because it is not industry standard and definitely not expected. I can’t help but think they are taking advantage of people that are in a bad situation and broke down with no other options, as I was not local. They even made a comment to my driver about me not liking the labor charge, which I found very unprofessional. I will say that the service was quick and they were very polite over the phone, and that’s why I gave them one star.
