DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my RAV4 to Robert’s to have rear differential and 2 control arms replaced. Had to return 2 days after getting it back. They found a bolt loose on one of the control arms. They knew exactly which one it was as they had difficulty with it. They put loc/tite on it. I drove to upstate NY. Started making a loud clunking noise in the rear end. Took to my garage and they found the rear differential leaking. It also had been dented by a hammer or something. Come to find out he replaced with used parts. He claims we discussed this. ABSOLUTELY not true. Also the front left axle was 1/4 of the way out of the transmission and I was missing a lug nut off my front right wheel. Fogot to mention that my car shook when reaching a speed of 65. I paid him $2650 for this work. He told me to bring back and he would put more used parts in my car. Mind you I live in NY. I asked for a total refund and he’s not willing to discuss this. my garage tried to talk with Jason himself and he was completely unprofessional. My garage has documented everything and photos have been taken and also sent to Jason. I DO recommend that NOONE have work done at this shady garage! I will be returning to TN in November and we will be going to court over this matter.

While driving to our vacation destination we had a wheel come off, so we got it towed to where to tow truck driver recommended. The fact that is was 2 in the afternoon and they got us right in so we could be on our way was amazing. As soon as the vehicle was off the tow truck they went to work. They were friendly and cared about getting us back on the road and the price was reasonably cheap. Any other place would have took advantage of the tourist coming through but not them they were amazing. If you ever need someone to work you n your vehicle I would highly recommend them

Once again, I have to tell everyone how awesome this group of mechanics and Jason Jason N Kaylene Roberts are! It seems as though we take our vehicles to them once a month for different reasons on each one. He never fails to do a great job on fixing them. And ALWAYS in a very timely manor. Even transmission installation I didn't have to wait more than a week. They are very efficient. Hats off to them again.

I've used these guys twice in the last two years for my 2012 Ram 1500. Saved my butt twice! On one of the visits, they replaced my AC system for a fair price with a 5 year warranty after it was misdiagnosed and supposedly repaired at another local place. The only mechanic from Knoxville to Chattanooga "I'd use!
