Stop comparing and bring your car here! A deer took out the front corner of our 2018 Sonata. Asked around and Robert's was highly recommended. They did a great job, looked like they even had our car detailed. It took almost a month to get in some of the required parts, not their fault as they discovered more damage after starting the job. They dealt with all the insurance issues for us, it was as painless an experience as it could be. Highly recommended and we will use them again if needed.

I used Roberts Body Shop for repairs on my vehicle due to tree damage. They were quick to get my car in and start repairs without hesitation! They worked easily with my insurance company and sent automated updates via text message. They were pleasant and professional! Highly recommend for anyone looking for any type of vehicle work needed!

I can not say enough good things about this body shop! Their customer service was 5+ stars! They fixed my car in a timely matter and had my car washed, vacuumed with tires glossed at pick up! Highly recommend! Thanks guys! Awesome job!

We brought our 2021 Chevy Tahoe for body work from when a tree fell on our truck from the hurricane we had. We had an absolutely terrible experience with this company from the start. I absolutely wish we never brought our truck to them. They lied to our insurance company about repairs they supposedly made and really didn’t repair. They painted the passenger door and rear door of our truck and it wasn’t done correctly at all over spray all over the truck as well as drip marks from not properly painting the doors. They charged our insurance company $7,000 dollars for the “repairs”. When they said the truck was ready we went down and identified that nothing was done correctly scratches still all over the truck dents as well. He said he “dropped the ball on this one” we even gave him a second chance to fix his mistake. When we came back again it wasn’t done correctly again. Now the truck has over spray markings (small textures markings) from not properly removing the unwanted paint particles from painting. Still have scratches and dents. we just had the appraiser come out and confirm the issues he also agreed with Robert’s messing the truck up and not repairing the damage correctly. They also took 30 days to get our truck done. They maxed out our rental policy because of this and won’t take accountability for this mistake. Please think twice before bringing your vehicle to this body shop.

Robert's Body Shop has been in Greenwood for many years. Over the years we have had many cars be repaired or towed by them. We have always experienced professional and prompt service. I also like the fact that our insurance company will work directly with this business.. .no adjusters or estimates to take more time.
