I rarely write a review that is negative but this really deserved the attention to help others avoid this nasty place. I have never in my life been so disappointed in such horrible customer service. I was on a road trip and had stopped at another carquest for a rotor and brake pads and further down the road when my father was fixing it finally when we met up, the rotor had been the wrong size so of course I went to the nearest carquest to return the unusable rotor, to my surprise, they refused to accept the return because it wasn’t their store. I called up the other store where I had purchased and they were surprised as well that they refused to accept my return and thankfully they assisted me over the phone to help with my return. I then went back inside to get the information of someone in charge and they said, oh, he’s in Mexico. Worst customer service ever….if I could give them a - score I would have. Thank god I have found great customer service in so many other stores. Avoid this store if you can.

Not bad. Great prices. Got a SeaFoam injector cleaner and a 35 amp switch for not even $15. Lady was good, seems to know what she’s doing. May can me back if parts are needed.

I called to buy 2 spark plugs and Lonnie had them there by the end of the day and I didn't have to put a deposit or prepay for the parts .I will buy my parts from them he thanked me for my business. This is how a hometown business should be run and by the way they have better parts and prices than the other parts houses. Quality parts great service.

This store has extremely rude and disrespectful employees (except for Sam who is great!) my husband was completely disrespected in the Greenwood, SC store today and then followed out to the parking lot by the owners father getting cussed out. Unbelievable.
