I took my girlfriend’s truck to this shop to get some suspension work done on December 31st. After we received the truck back we noticed 1. The traction control light was on the dash and we were unable to turn TC back on. This was a huge problem considering the snow we’ve had in South Carolina. 2. The ABS light was also on adding to the issue of driving in the snow. 3. This also screwed with the transfer case causing the truck to not switch from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive.. Come to find out the shop “accidentally broke the sensor when they were putting everything back together on December 31st. The 4 wheel drive not working almost cause us to get stuck in snow, and when it rained the car was also losing traction. We returned to the shop after they told us they would replace the part for free, we were told “It should only take 15-20 minutes” only to wait an hour and a half in the lobby until I finally got up to ask for an update. I was then told that they were “too scared to tell us” their supplier had sent the wrong part and they had spent the last 1.5 hour sourcing another part. After a few BS apologies they said they would call me back as soon as they sourced the part which would take 2-3 days. Shockingly it took 5 days for them to call. I came in and got the part installed no problem, they fixed the issue. I then asked for them to change the windshield wipers as an act of goodwill for the inconvenience of having to come back 3 times. After expressing this the best the shop could do is charge me for the wipers “at cost”. The money is not the issue we’ve already spent $500 here it’s the principle of the issue. Terrible experience would never go back.

I started looking around after finally getting fed up with the "individuals" and "policies" of Pep Boys' and NTBs' out there (or whatever they are called now.) Uggggghhh, the attitude, ego, and unprofessionalism on display....nope, those folks aren't going to touch my Ram-3500 Dually. I found these folks, just right up the road from my plant, great location....they have already helped me out tremendously with diagnosing my issues...and I haven't even spent a dime with them yet! Super friendly. Zach was super great as well as the wonderful ladies working the admin. Everyone there seemed to really know what they are doing. I was very very pleased. Such a massive massive difference compared to the "Pep Boys." Haven't work with them long, but given what I have seen so far, I'm not taking my Whole Enchilada anywhere else! I am new to the world of RAM and am a constant road guy so I need to learn to do allot of this stuff on my own and on the fly! And my wallet and I are getting there, lol. I couldn't have asked more from a shop Forman than what I got from Zach and the other folks at Robbins, will definitely be a part of my "gotta keep this RAM a roll'n" team. Dimes a comming guys! Thank you! And I will see you in a day or two, as soon as I get these garbage ball joints I put in replaced with my arm and leg! I'll will also have a sack of biscuits in hand. Thank you for the stellar service and I'll see you, most likely, tomorrow morning!

I want to share about my man Zac. I honestly came in expecting to have to argue about my Cv axle that was supposed to have been replaced. It was not and my car was driving awful. When Zac came in he said not to worry and that it would be repaired immediately. My car drives 100 times better. Great service.

Robbins Tire has been around about as long as Greenville. This is a great, friendly place to get tires and some other automotive repairs done. They are competitively priced and give you that helpful, friendly service that used to be the norm. You can make an appointment or just show up to get your needs met. I'll definitely be back to get my automotive needs met.

This place is a JOKE. My wife went there to have our tires rotated and they stripped out three of the studs on the car 2 of them on the same tire. Then they had the nerve to tell my wife that it was because of normal wear and tear. If they only knew how stupid that sounds. So when my wife went to pay they didn't offer to fix them or even knock off a dime for the damage they caused and they charged her full price. So PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND NEVER GO HERE.
