Update. actually they attempted to not return my car after I called them out on trying to force me into insurance fraud. Jae's Towing returned my vehicle to me professionally and honestly - and without fraud, call them instead. There ya go. I removed the single word of speculation that appeared presented as a fact, that was indeed speculation, and the speculation that was stated as such. They did try to force me to commit insurance fraud to get my vehicle. I have the call recorded. That's not okay. You can sue whoever you want for whatever you want. But this is a Google provided public space for honest reviews. Which is what I've left.
