Mike was very kind and helpful when my transmission blew. He was able to get us in quickly and let us know what was going on right away. While we waited, he even dropped us off at a nearby coffee shop so we could get a drink and snack. Extremely accommodating and efficient!

I only trust my vehicles here. They have an amazing crew working there. They listen, check, then call you with the estimate. They have done work on all my vehicles (I have kids that have cars too lol) they are professional, don't add to the problem, work with things that need done vs things that can be done. They are really decent on pricing too.

Mike, I wish you let me know about the credit card fee, I would have worked out another form of payment. Don't like these fees. Service and work I appreciate. Let's work something else out next time please.

Car died and couldn't get a tow truck. Mike grabbed a tow strap and towed it himself. Got the alternator replaced in an hour. VERY good price for all he did. Highly recommend this place!

Bought a new-to-me car a couple months ago and had some issues pop up. Called Mike and he was able to get my car in and not only fixed the original issue, but researched and found a solution so my air conditioning would work rather than shutting part of it off! Rigsby's Auto was able to fix what the dealerships in Findlay lied about. He went above and beyond to research and find a part. Prices were very reasonable and he kept me informed about the progress. Highly recommend!
