Absolutely fantastic shop. I've only ever had one issue (faulty oil filter installed during oil change), and they replaced it for free, no questions asked. The staff are friendly and super informative, and willing to work with you if you have questions or issues after the fact. Can't recommend them enough.

Worst experience I've ever had if I don't get a phone call soon. To right the wrong, I'm going to be taking legal action! You knew about that bolt. Let's not be irrational about this. Please fix your doings? The picture below failed to call me back. This is by far the worst mechanic experience in my 34 years of operating a vehicle. They also fixed my wife's ac fan, which went out within a year. I'd rather not post this, but when you don't care about anything that you've done wrong. You don't deserve to be in business. Sad a backyard mechanic did what your shop can't. Thanks for showing me that you're not a professional. No one tore the truck apart anyways they fixed the bolt your boy broke off. Plus, they fixed the headlight you were not able to, and my trunk lever on the car and her AC. Backyard mechanic who has more knowledge and craftsmanship than a store who possesses a great automotive shop. Sad when I first pulled up, I felt I had the right mechanics, but like most businesses nowadays. I'm disappointed in you coming back with BS on this. Keep it up, you'll maybe last in that small town word travels like electricity... Thanks for the lessons. (Read your reponse nice try) Patrick, I paid her bill, and you changed the valve gaskets on my truck, and since you or her can't listen to what's being said. I checked my oil and my brother noticed the bolt, and pointed out you didn't help us, you might have tried but you didn't fix the head light you had a reason for her AC you deny working on valve gasket, you didn't fix her trunk. You have a very vivid imagination. We both know the truth at the end of the day. At least I have a mechanic I can trust now.

I took my car in to Patrick's on Oct 9th 2024 because it occasionally was hesitant to start. He said it was the starter, and wanted to charge double what everyone else i had called would charge, so i came and picked it up the next day when he called. The following day when i went to drive it, there was a basketball size spot under my car, and when i drove it , the blower wouldn't shut off. I texted Patrick's just before opening monday morning. His response was we have nothing to do with it. No questions, no interest, no curiosity. Said he could look at it for $94, other than that to remove him from my contacts. When i had 1st brought my car in, while i was waiting on a ride, he was on the phone with someone laughing about how after he had worked on a woman's car, her motor wasn't running right, so she took him to court and he joked how the judge had called him an expert witness so he won the case. So this is now a pattern for how Patrick's treats women. Absolutely despicable. BEWARE. Other women with this experience, please speak up!

Positive experience, very knowledgeable. These days, it's hard to find someone who you can trust to do a job without trying to rip you off in some form or another. Quality work in a timely manner. Will definitely repeat business and refer to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle.

I had my car towed to Patrick's after breaking down in Columbus. The work was done quickly and charges were very reasonable.The business is run very professionaly. I would highly recommend them.
