Ricky is my cousin if you like to keep your money stay away from him. He does very bad business. He stole $5000 from me the other day when I bought my van up here and I think that is important that customers understand who are they dealing with. If you put your car up here, he is going to park it in the lot and he does not do the work itself. He uses undocumented workers and does not pay them wage. He left my vehicle in Horrible condition and refused to make it right.

My husband took our vehicle for a new transmission. We had to attend a funeral 300 miles away. We drove the vehicle that was serviced by this shop. The transmission went out 2 hours into our travels. The owner, (who we paid) Ricky claimed that he used a different mechanic from Mexico and that the dude went back to Mexico. My husband's father trusted Ricky to fix the issue. Ricky agreed. 1 year and 4 months later, the van is sitting in my driveway and cannot be driven because he still has not fixed the issue with the transmission. He owes us $5,000+ and is trying to give us half of that. Which is unacceptable given the fact that we had to pay $15,000 for our car to get towed from where it got stuck at (his faulty transmission) and $900 for a cab to our destination. My husband and his father took this vehicle to Ricky several times (against better judgment). Every time, it came back with a new issue they had to pay more money for. I have children and the services and his attitude is unacceptable. I have all of the proof and receipts that I need, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop TO ANYBODY WHO ACTUALLY NEEDS THEIR CAR FIXED.

Perfectly good Buick Park Avenue & after a year of taking it to only this place? Well lets just say i no longer have my Buick. Strongly dont recommend under the hood work at this location. Always more money but no guarantees or Warranties!! Save your car & money & go some place else! Good Brother but terrible work!

Friendly staff. My car was towed there do to a auto accident. The staff there got right to breaking it down immediately for the insurance Co. to do an estimate.
