I recently had a flat tire and was dreading the usual hassle of waiting for hours at a tire shop. But I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Rich's Tires. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by their efficiency. There was zero wait time and they got right to work on my tire. The technician was clearly competent and experienced, quickly identifying the puncture and providing a fast and reliable repair. To top it off, the price was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay a premium for such quick and efficient service, but the cost was well within my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend Rich's Tires to anyone in need of tire repair or replacement. Their fast, competent, and affordable service is truly exceptional. Great service, patched up tire very quickly and also very thorough, checked afterwards there were no additional leaks. Also got an oil change and tire rotation. They do charge for tire rotation, but didn’t mind paying as everything was completed within an hour. Will be going back anytime my car has tire issues. Tire patch ($40), Oil change ($85), tire rotation ($30)

Absolutely amazing experience at Rich's Tires of Sunnyvale! I was in a real bind with a flat tire, and they got me in and out in no time. The price was incredibly reasonable, especially considering how fast they fixed it. I can't recommend them enough for anyone needing quick and affordable tire repair. Five stars all the way!

I called Rich's tires because I needed a tire replaced. They told me over the phone they had the tire in stock and I could come right away. They got the job done in 30 minutes and also noticed one of my headlights was out and replaced the bulb as well. The prices were very reasonable, and they did a great job. Thank you!!
