My Mercedes SL500 suddenly had a convertible top malfunction, which made it impossible to open the trunk. I went to three dealerships in Cleveland, Erie, and Buffalo, as well as countless repair shops, but none of them could solve the problem. Charlie fixed it in just in one day and for only $60, all while keeping every part intact. Since then, I’ve become a regular here—getting the best service at a fair price. By the way, this repair shop is also a luxury car showroom.

Simply put…my glk 350 was at this shop for engine work. The problem was resolved $1300 later…and I got six weeks out of the completed job. The engine problem is back. The owner did not fix the problem, nor Will he unless I want to spend an additional $3,000 to fix other components of the engine that “could” be the issue. I’m thinking we need to do better than that. Just throwing darts in the dark to see where they stick. I requested 50% of my money back, as he had no problem taking it to fix the issue…but it was a flat no. So beware buyers ….this was my experience at this shop. I’m not impressed. Almighty dollar wins again.

Charlie is an exceptional and knowledgeable mechanic for European automobiles. Here in Erie, if you own anything other than a domestic make, you pretty much have only one dealer to choose from for service. Our local Audi dealer did not provide me with quality or knowledgeable service (claimed the DSG fluid in my transmission was lifetime, even though owners manual clearly states it needs to be changed!). Charlie is upfront with prices and time required for repairs. All work he has done on my Audi was done quickly and solved the problems. He is exceptionally honest. I requested a carbon clean of my intake, and he could have charged me full price, but after inspection he sent me pictures showing it did not need the service. He is busy, so if you foresee service, book your appointment early!

Great experience with Charlie and Rennsport Tuning. I was buying a 958.2 Cayenne from out of state and Charlie did a great job with the PPI. Easy to work with and talk to, and gave me what I felt like was his honest an informed opinion.

Rennsport is awesome! They preformed a pre purchase inspection on a car for me on short notice. Charlie is very, very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He went above and beyond to help me out. Their prices are very fair. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had issues with the heater on my Volvo. Charlie and his team helped me out to put me on the right track of what was wrong. Definitely better than going to the local dealer who charged me over $400 to tell me what I told them. Anyway Rennsport Tuning is a great company with fantastic customer service. I recommend anyone with a European car to go see them for service.
