I've been using Regional Truck Equipment for over a year now, they have great customer service, they are very prompt when upfitting a truck. Communication is great, Sterling and her team are awesome on what they do. I highly recommend them!

1 satr is too many. Absolutely trash customer service!! Will never bring any of my trucks to this location. On the first big snow fall, I get it their super busy and have enough work and don't even want to look at it not a problem and completely understand, the guy at the counter asks what the problem was so I told him. He didn't ask but 2 questions and handed me a piece of paper regarding a 2017 Ford factory issue, I told him I had a 19 and he said same issue and go to a dealership. So I did, Ford say nope it's a Western Plow issue. Went down the road to Advantage Trailer, they pulled it in found a short and was back on the road in 3 hours. I will never go there again even for a plow flag. Terrible service. Straight garbage company and don't deserve a dime . Save your money and time. Advantage was absolutely the best!! They have now earned my whole fleet of trucks.

Excellent service. Bill went above and beyond to ask me questions of what I was repairing and recommend the necessary parts. I was able to fix the plow quickly when I thought it would take several more hours. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Bill!

I have used them in the past for my entire fleet. I called on 6/14 to get a quote so I can get a new van outfitted. I have still not heard back from them 6/22 I will take my business elsewhere.

I recently went to Regional after one of my plows was stolen from my truck. They turned a bad situation around and really helped me out. They were completely booked when I called and I know this time of the season is pretty busy for them. Even though they were booked they took the initiative to come in early the NEXT DAY just to install my plow. They did an amazing job and stepped up when they already had their hands full with work. This is beyond customer service, it’s people who truly care about their customers and go out of their way for them. It’s hard to find an honest and caring company like Regional these days. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know!
