Came to North Carolina to help hurricane Helene victims over the weekend with a friend. On my way back home to North East Alabama we had a blow out on our trailer. We called various places, I stayed by trailer on busy highway while he went out looking for tires. No one around here had size 14 tires that would fit his trailer. We called many road side assistance places for help but a lot were closed or too busy. I was told by a fire department over the phone to call local diesel mechanics in the area. This guy answered his phone as soon as it rang while others ignored me. He made sure where we were, he listened to my concerns, and helped my friend and me get back on the road. We searched from 11am until 5pm, within a half hour of calling him. He was there helping us and we are heading home now. Thank you truly for being there to help us so quickly and efficiently. This is by far the best recommendation I can put out here. If ya’ll are stuck somewhere with your vehicle call Reece Truck and Auto! They are truly amazing! Located in the western North Carolina area, reasonable prices.

So happy to have found this business! This is a true family owned local repair shop. They opened up on a Saturday to diagnose my car and were super knowledgeable and explained it so I could easily understand. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone was friendly and nice to talk to. I felt like they went above and beyond. And as a woman, I felt totally respected and at ease. What more can you ask for? I feel relieved to have found such a reliable repair shop and feel great about supporting a locally owned business. Coming back home from Tennessee to South Carolina this past Sunday I had a loud noise start under my car and it started shaking violently and was hard to control. I had just got on I-40 East from Hwy. 74 when it began. I got to the Canton exit and pulled into a convenience store parking lot. I googled auto repair and surprisingly saw Reece Truck & Auto Services and saw where they provide service on the weekend. John came out and checked out my car and discovered that only two lug nuts was holding my left front tire on. Had I not stopped when I did I hate to think of the outcome. John went to the auto parts store as they were about to close and got new studs and new lug nuts and fixed my car. Then checked the lug nuts on the other tires to make sure they were tight. I truly appreciate the outstanding service this company provided. I highly recommend this business to anyone. They are true professionals and provided excellent service at a very fair price. Thanks so much for repairing my car so I could get home and not be stranded.

I want to give a big thank you to the hard working staff of Reece Truck & Auto Services! The starter in my teenage daughters car went out while she was on a trip in North Carolina Saturday night... They had her car on the road home to Georgia by mid day Sunday! Everyone was very pleasent to communicate with (especially since they took many calls and text from a couple nervous GA parents), they made my daughters car a priority on their Sunday and I think they are reasonably priced. I can't say enough nice things about these guys... trust them with you automotive needs! :)

Liz, Matt, Jacob and Zeb are awesome! My daughters car broke down while we were driving her to College from Colorado to Charleston, SC. We were 4 hours away when the car overheated at one of the most remote places possible in the mountains at 11:30am on a Saturday when all auto shops are shutting down. Google said the Reece Truck & Auto was open 24/7. I called and friendly, helpful Liz assured me that they would look at it later that day or even Sunday morning. And they did. I had to rent a car to get my daughter to Monday classes but Liz communicated throughout. They were able to fix the car and stayed at the shop until 9pm when we could get back there to pick up the car. If you are stuck in the highway, call these people! They are honest, trustworthy and truly a godsend for me the last few days! If I lived in the area I’d be happy to give them my regular business! Thanks, Liz, Matt, Jacob and Zeb! You’re awesome!!!!
