Super impressed with the service and communication! I would recommend Appalachian Automotive to anyone looking for a positive and transparent experience. We took my daughter’s Acura in for some issues. They were very quick to diagnose and the cost to fix it was reasonable.

Ryan is the nicest mechanic I’ve ever met!! My car battery died on me during the Thanksgiving weekend and Ryan happened to be at the shop and helped me out. From choosing the battery I want, to switch them out for me, and to make sure everything is set before I leave. I can’t thank him more and I would recommend everyone to come here!
