Charged over $600 for A/C repair. Did not last for 6 hours. Went back in told me needed another $1500 in work to fix , but would give me credit for what I already paid, when I told them I did not want the work done, would not compensate me for the original $600 spent that did nothing to fix the problem. Awful customer service here, they do not stand behind their work.

Just got done with a horrible experience with Redmond automotive. If this review would let me give them zero stars I would. Back in July I had asked about getting a quote for my RV to get the water manifold taken care that cracked during the winter. I was told to drop it off an they would call back with a quote. About a week later I didn't hear back from the place so I stopped in to Redmonds to find out what was going on. I found out they had started to work on my RV without giving me a quote first.(I was pretty pissed about this) I was told they had jerry rigged my manifold since they didn't have the parts available but I could use my RV until they got the parts. A month and a half later I was called about a bill that needed to be paid. I said "ok but are you going to fix my RV before I pay you guys?" They said yea. I also asked them about how much it would cost to get the RV winterized for the winter. They said they would need to check into the price but to go ahead and drop off the RV to get the jerry rigged parts actually fixed. Later that week they quoted me the price of $820.00 for fix everything and it would cost and Addition $400.00 to Bypass the water tank for winterizing. I told them NO on the Bypass and that I would be there to pick up the RV in 2 days. When I get to Redmonds, they informed me that the price had gone up to $1207.03. I informed them that I said NO to the Bypass...I was informed that the manifold no longer existed and they had to find a different one. No one informed me of this because I said yes to the manifold being fixed a few months ago at the original price. I will not use this place ever again do to the piss poor communication this business has and the shady underhanded dealing I had to deal with from this place. I am writing this review to warn everyone about the way this business conducts its selves. Watch what you say and do, these guys will try and jack you around on the price.

The most honest and understanding mechanic shop I have ever seen! When they had the opportunity to change me for something I would have never known they didn't do, they came right out and told me they didn't have to do it and saved me 300$ ! On top of that they fixed my crooked steering wheel out of the kindness of their hearts!
