WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE Took my car in to have a tie rod replaced and have my car inspected before a road trip up north. The manager Steve replaced both tie rods a control arm, back brakes, and did an alignment. Said the car was great and would "keep me going for a few more years." Steve's words not mine. For the 1st few days it drove fine, I left for my trip, I noticed a squealing noise on the expressway. When I arrived at the resort I had black tire or brake dust all down the side of my car. On my way home the car would barely stay on the road. I took it right back in to Steve. He called me later that day and said he needed to do an additional $1,200 in repairs, this was right after Steve supposedly fixed everything a week prior. I came picked up the car limped it to a mechanic in Merrill. He said there was no way a alignment was done. Replaced my two front tires, gave me an alignment, wheel weights, fixed my exhaust leak and gave me a 1 year warranty for $600. When I went into the store to talk to Steve he said there was nothing he could do for me. They also didn't have my name or vehicle correct on the paperwork. So it's obvious a lot was missed that day. If I could give zero stars I would. Please don't let Steve or his Mechanics mislead you.

Won't be coming back. Took my camper here to get tires on ... Long story, but 4.5 weeks later I finally got it back, with a broken rim bolt and no hubcaps. Very frustrating experience, and even though he waived the fee for mounting and installing the tires, it cost over $400 to remove the bolt and get it ready. All in all, I'm worse off for having gone here.

I called Monro in the morning, got my car in that day and they had fixed it by the end of the night. The staff there are warm and welcoming, and will answer any question you may have. I cannot thank them enough, and will be going back for any future fixes I need done to my car!

New crew is amazing! Steve and his guys go above and beyond for you, they also do not try to upsell or pressure you into things you don't need, their honesty is amazing! I will definitely be back for everything! And they have a spot for the kids!!

Very good, friendly service. Good deal on my tires. Took me in quickly. And took me in right away when I took my car back in to recheck the tire pressure. A place I would recommend.
