Real Autohaus Automotive Westmont

I've been taking my cars to Real for over 15 years (since I moved to the area). They are honest, hard working and great communicators. I can't recommend them more strongly.

I called the day of that we needed to get a battery installed and an oil change. Chris advised I could come in that day and I was relieved as the car had stalled 1/2 way in our driveway and 1/2 way on the street. Finally got the car going enough to bring it to Real Autohaus Automotive. Chris called and explained what they were going to do, what it would cost and that it would be ready that day. They do what they say and I believe they are honest about what needs to be done. I highly recommend them !!!!!

Where do I even begin? My family and I were visiting because he ran the Chicago Marathon. We were on our way home to NJ and my car completely broke down. We chose to get towed here because it was the closest one and we are eternally grateful that we chose this place. Mark and every mechanic there treated us like family. They made a stressful situation 100 times better. The compassion they showed and kindness that was extended to us is something I will never forget. Thank you to Mark and all of the employees for helping us get home safe. It was truly a world class experience.

I’ve been using Real Autohaus in Westmont for all of my car repair needs for a while now, and I can confidently say they are the best! They always explain everything clearly, and I never feel like I’m being upsold on unnecessary repairs. Honest, hard working people’s. I never want to go to an auto shop cause of the dishonesty but now I think I find a shop that trust worthy. And Mark had patience with my insurance company when I didn’t and he told me to trust him and I did and me and my daughter back on the road. Thankx to AUTO REAL.
