Firestone of Westmont

Had a very positive service experience at this location in recent days. Came in asking for pricing on new tires for our Jeep Cherokee - existing tires were nearly bald! Rich was very helpful and patient to deal with and provided me options. Ended up needing new rear brakes and a few other things they found. Their pricing is very competitive and they got the work all done in the time promised. Again, would highly encourage you consider giving them your business. Lloyd was also very helpful and I left knowing this would not be my last time getting service at this location!

Lloyd at the Firestone in Westmont provided outstanding service. He carefully checked a nail in my tire to see if it caused any damage and, thankfully, it hadn’t. His honesty, friendliness, and professionalism were refreshing. I highly recommend Lloyd and this location for honest and reliable service!

After an extremely cold and non-assistive experience at the Westmont Firestone, in which I was told they had a full garage with no options for future service, I went to the LaGrange Road facility. The difference is incredible. On LaGrange, I was warmly welcomed, told that I would need to wait 90 minutes for service and given a cost estimate for my intended service. This happened! Firestone on LaGrange Road in Countryside is excellent! Westmont, nope!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO COME HERE. This was by far one of the worst mechanical places we came to. We had an appointment for a check and alignment, and the guy at the desk, not sure what position he has, he “kindly” told me that I have to wait hours because they always overbook!! A night before they told us they are free for the check! They did not even care to apologize or help! Now we go out of town and we need to find another place! What a joke!!! Plus, not even a friendly attitude, better learn some customer service skills.

Excellent service. Lloyd worked with my extended warranty provider and kept me informed of covered parts and my bill obligations. Very transparent and upfront. To expedite the repair and warranty processing he sent Elias to pick me up from my house to bring me to the shop so I could take care of the deductible and he provided a ride back home. Elias was very personable and professional. Top notch experience and first rate customer service! Highly recommended. I will definitely be a return customer. If you need auto repairs consider Firestone of Westmont and ask for Lloyd.
