I've been in the Burnsville NC area for 9+ years now,and like Ray's Autocare the best,out of 5 service shops I have tried...The staff is terrific,..Ray is honest,..and won't push any work on your vehicle that it doesn't need. He will also discuss options that can save extra work and money.They are fair and reasonable on pricing,...and stand behind their work. Usually,they will get you in for an appointment in about a week...No waiting 3+ weeks to get your vehicle's problem fixed. I would highly recommend Ray's Auto Care for your automotive needs.....

We have been using this shop for years. Ray and his crew keep all of our vehicles in good working order. They are reliable and repairs/service are completed in a timely fashion.

My favorite place for car care! Mandy makes me feel welcome every time I come, and Ray is always happy to help me understand various quirks of my car. I highly recommend!

Tipton Automotive has repaired several vehicles I've owned through the years. One major job was on a Jeep Grand Cherokee that needed a complete head gasket rebuild on the motor. Fast service and fair prices! If I ever need service, I'll be going to his new location in town!

Mandy was awesome, got my questions answered, and was very helpful in getting my truck back on the road. Might even be able to do business with her and help them with their software needs. Will definitely bring my vehicles back to their shop!

Was less than I expected they checked the fluids for I was very low on oil and they took care of that for me no complaints
