My wife was supposed to been approved 12.000.they sent pics of cars and prices. Had an appointment with a lady there. Well got there and was told she worked in internet sales in another dealership. The cars she sent pics of did not exist.we told a payment we wanted to stay in. They finally approved us over our price we asked to stay under and the payment was close to a hundred dollars over what we wanted.very poor salesman. We were lied to from the beginning. And yes my wife still has the pics and conversation with the woman who was supposed to be at this location.

Great place. was very polite and helpful. Our sales person was Jessie he was awesome in helping us get the car we wanted. My daughter walked out with a 2020 Chevy Malibu. She is one happy girl right now. I would definitely recommend to others.

(Update: I've been made aware that they sold the vehicle to us even though the sale paperwork TO THEM did NOT match the title holder's name. They did not inform me of this to begin with. The lengthy process is due to them trying to obtain power of attorney to transfer titles which means the title was never in the ownership of the dealership. Seems like that's called title jumping which is illegal. The refuse to take the car back and return my money. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE.) Purchased my son a vehicle, cash out the door for tax, title, license plate. Here we are 5 weeks later and he is on his 2nd temporary tag because they have yet to file the paperwork. I was told paperwork is done in the order vehicles are sold. So I am to believe that they have been so incredibly busy that they were backed up by weeks when I purchased? We have not received the title either. I am extremely tired of this runaround and incompetence.

It's not Ray Smith anymore it's Camden Chevrolet and they would not fix my car or let me use it as a trade in. I have a hard time believing that there was no way they could have helped me out with anything. Poor communication and waste of time which both are very important to me.
