Busby Tire & Alignment

I’d give Busby’s more stars if I could. I live almost 2 hrs away and needed an honest and reliable mechanic in the area. Busby’s came highly recommended by locals I talked to (whom I figured would know best), and I wasn’t disappointed! I had an unusual problem and request and Richard— the manager— was more than happy to accommodate me and fit my car into their busy schedule. He was even willing to pick the car up from where it was a few miles away!! Richard personally took care of checking everything over, and then taking it for a brief drive afterward. I was especially impressed since he knew I wouldn’t be a return/regular customer! That’s what I’d call AMAZING customer service! THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your kindness and help, Richard! ~ Lisa R

I drove from Memphis to Nashville for a holiday weekend with my friends. On my way my car died out from under me on the Tennessee River Bridge. Only one tow truck would answer the Friday night call after 8pm and that was Brett with Rogers Towing, and thank god for him, who told me about the fine gentlemen at Busby Tire and Alignment. Once Brett saved me from the shoulder he told me to call the Busby boys Monday and they would take care of me. I had no idea that I would be so well taken care of. The crew at Busby had my vehicle diagnosed and fixed before the holiday was over and I was able to drive my own car to work Tuesday. Their price was incredibly fair and the staff super communicative through the whole process. I was able to conduct the entire transaction over the phone so I had no need to worry about making it to the shop during business hours which made pick up a breeze. I know who I will call if ever I find my self on the shoulder if I-40 again!

Went above and beyond to help me with with a couple of flat tires that blew out on my 40' horse trailer. The guys their really save me a lot of time and energy and even stayed opened after closing hours to ensure I was able to get the tires I needed. Really nice helpful friendly customer service.

I just wanted to take a minute to recognize the integrity of busby's tire and alignment. I went and had an alignment done early December 2024 and either that day or the day after I had new tires installed. We'll I went for an oil change in late December and my mechanic noticed tire wear on the same two tires the alignment was supposed to fix. Well I brought the truck back to busby's and they not only re did the alignment for free but they also bought me brand new Goodyear tires which were a better brand than the ones I had put on there again at no cost to me. They apologized and took responsibility for the mistake and made it right with no hassle. As a buisness owner myself this definitely speaks volumes to me especially since my buisness completely relies on my truck. Thank you busby's for your integrity and your business! I'll definitely be back

Trevor and Richard are great to work with. I had new tires from a dealer put on but still had a rough ride on the truck. They did alignments, balance, rotation, road force balancing, suspension work, and tracked down a problem until I was satisfied with the ride of the truck. I trust their expertise and recommendations, and believe their cost is really competitive for the work they do. Highly recommend!

Horrible service here at this place! Took 4 tires on at opening waited all day for the only tire guy to show up. He told me he was at a bar all day wasn't coming into work today. 3:30 I finally got my tires not done.. never again!. Stay away from this horrible place
