Beware: Expensive repair costs!! This place kept our 4Wheeler for a week before finally taking a look at it, after we finally called the following Friday to check on it. They then said the wiring was all shorted out and fixing it could run up to $800!! I immediately told my mom "definitely not", and they even tried to tell her that I would not be able to fix it myself. They then charged her $185 just to take a look at it! Shame on you guys. In the end, the wiring was perfectly fine. I only found one disconnected wire and replaced the voltage regulator ($80 oem part) and ignition module ($115 oem part). Both parts just plug right into to the harness, so I had this fixed and running in less than an hour! $800 repair quote and $185 just to look at it.. what a joke. We came to this place based on reviews and left very disappointed. I will not recommend this place to anyone, so be wary if you decide to try them out. Edit: According to the owner's response to my review.. it was in fact a whole week later before she finally called the following Friday, definitely not 4 days like they're trying to downplay it. That really doesn't matter though.. The main thing was overcharging my mom to look at it and giving her a ridiculous repair quote. I work on cars myself and running an multi-meter to check for any bad connections should only take about an hour, definitely not 2.5 hours on a 4wheeler (there just isn't a lot of modules and wiring on it to have to test). Also, NONE of the wiring needed to be replaced, it was all perfectly fine so I don't know where they were coming up with that idea. There was only 1 disconnected wire which was out in plain sight under the fender that came out of the wiring connector. The 4wheeler has been running fine ever since I fixed it myself. My mother had every intention to have them fix the problem and even thought she might have found a new reliable shop to take her stuff in for small engine repairs. As soon as she told me what they quoted her up to $800, I told her go get it and bring it to me. She even had a friend of hers who lives in Bowman, recently tell her that they were expensive when she took in her lawnmower to fix. Hopefully they're not trying to take advantage of ladies bringing in stuff for repairs, but it sure seems that way. But you know what.. go ahead and take your stuff to them and find out for yourself. Just be sure to find out their repair costs and how much it will cost to diagnose first! These guys are not cheap, so don't expect low prices if you go there.

Great professional people. Took my kids dirt bike to them to get a tube put in. They was done in 30 minutes. Very helpful trustworthy folks. And didn’t charge an arm and a leg.

My son got a dirt bike from his grandpa years ago, after he got it, his grandpa suddenly passed away. The bike had an issue & tore up on him. Getting another bike was out of the question because this was the last item his papa got him! Rays Small Engines worked tirelessly until his bike was done to re-gift him for Christmas. They had posted on their fb page that after Friday 12/20, they would be closed until after the new year. It’s Christmas Eve, Ray worked all day to make sure my son would have his bike for Christmas! The thoughtfulness, the long hours & dedication to getting that task done doesn’t go unnoticed! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! The world needs more people like Ray!
