Order tires and wheels but they only sent me tires then would not refund my money I paid 689.00 dollars they took it easily enough but have extremely poor customer service I will not recommend you do any business with this company unless you want to be misinformed and then left to deal alone with their mistakes 10 thumbs down

Great customer service staff was friendly and great explained the whole rent a wheel plan. Read reviews from other customers yeah you end up paying over retail price but that is if you are only doing your minimum payments. But if you pay more you will get what they are worth and own them in no time. Miguel was the one who helped me on the floor he knew what I was looking for didn't push me to get something I wasn't interested in. My car was due for new tires so why not get a set of rims. Well worth it made my car look like a whole different car. Great place to do business.

They suck and took advantage of us taking our business to them we were told to take auto pay off on the last payment which we did four months later they pull our money out of the bank and charge us another 400 on top of that without our approval they claim that we never took auto pay off straight lyers they keep there part of the signed papers and take advantage a few months later so new customers please be aware don't let it happen to you.

This is like the definition of preferential treatment. I got my wheels installed 7/2/2020, and I had previously went in with someone to purchase them a couple days before. I was buying my wheels for full price, no installments, and the other person was financing their wheels. I get it, they were going to make more money off the person financing the wheels than me, who was buying them upfront. However, I asked if alignments were included, and one of the guys there told me to take it to “Gross and Stevens” in Visalia. Never did they tell me I was going to have to pay for that alignment. I assumed when you buy wheels they’d align them for to make sure they’re good. Same way you pay for other things and the company makes sure it’s up to par. Either way, I took it to Gross and Stevens, and they actually did not charge me initially, because I showed them my invoice for being a customer at Rent a Wheel. Then yesterday, now 4 months later, I get a call saying that Rent a Wheel was not going to cover my alignment because I was not a financed customer, so there was no included alignment since these wheels are not protected by them, once I paid for them fully upfront. I don’t blame the alignment shop because they routinely work with the clients of Rent a wheel, but I blame Rent a Wheel for telling me to take it there, and omitting the part where I wasn’t going to be getting an alignment included in my purchase. I also called twice about a hub ring to be ordered and they never called me back, whereas the other person, who financed, got their hub ring within a matter of days. The other person, who financed, got TWO free alignments, along with wheel care products, and I received nothing besides a charge for a service that was done 4 months ago. The wheels were awesome, and they weren’t rude, but I felt like it was a bit deceitful and preferential because they weren’t going to make more money off of me like they were the other person who financed.

Great customer service friendly staff all around hooked me up with a great deal new tires used rims but really clean they look like new, definitely recommend people coming here. Don't go off other bad reviews, I am doing the 90days same as cash program, so as long as you pay your balance before the 90 days your good they told me the exact day that i have to pay it all off, I definitely see my self doing businesses with them in the long run.
