very helpful. mechanics are highly skilled and parts are available. they also accept owner-supplied parts. the staff was very accommodating, the car finished 5pm of saturday and they offered to wait until 6pm or to open on a sunday to wait for my arrival.

Went to their shop at 9 AM, They asked me to come back at noon and I did. Unfortunately, At noon when I went back, they said they are not yet done with an ongoing work and that I will have to come back again. Ofcourse I didnt. They wasted half of my day for nothing.

Edit: we found they didn't tighten the caliper bolts so brake fluid was coming out. Nearly lost all brake fluid. They fixed some things, but I don't recommend this shop because of the reason above. Apart from this, their mechanics refuse to do basic work like changing parking brakes which we got done at B&M KM4 La Trinidad. It was the small shop that fixed the parking brake issue. Rapide only cleaned the parking brakes as mechanics said they couldn't reach the pins at the back side. I'd say for Benguet shops they are very average. For underchassis work, you will get a higher quality work done elsewhere. In terms of cost, they use the standard of Baguio City. JED Auto Shop is even more expensive. Compared to JED, Rapidé is a better option. But in terms of quality, they cannot even compete with the smallest shop in La Trinidad.
