Rapid Tire Service

I ordered tires online that connected me to service at Rapid Tire Service. The owner called to confirm the appointment and quick to provide service. I feel strongly about supporting independent businesses and had a great experience with fair prices and quick service - highly recommend! Tommy and Arthur were also great company. Thank you both!

Very reliable. I called several times and he was very patient.. we want to do everything here if they do other things for the major car services.. sad that they only do tires. best shop ever!! We called so many other tireshops and we chose this one and we are very happy that we did ! Louis is the best!!! We will come back for sure as long as we have a car. Plus the rotation is free, we will come back in next 5000miles

Worst . Rapid tire was recommended by my wholesaler. I agreed to have 6 tires mounted, balanced and valve stems replaced. One of the owners said the valves were fine and didn’t need to be replaced. 60 mi’s later on the Jersey Tpke @ 3:00 am, the valve blew out on the front tire & destroyed the tire. I had my wife 2 daughters & 3 grandkids in rv while trucks wiz by me doing 70 mph. We waited 2 1/2 hrs for a commercial tire changer To come to replace tire. 400.00 later I spoke to same owner who said it wasn’t his problem but would put 40.00 towards a new tire. 150.00 later I brought a new tire & had it mounted at different shop. This shop is very unprofessional & could care less about your families. 1 stars here for tire changer.

Had a nail in my tire, guys were quick and efficient, about 10 minutes later I was patched up and good to go, and at a price that I thought was too good to be true.

Life savers! My tire was low coming out of Manhattan. Happened upon this shop. Both men were very friendly and offered to look at my tires. Turns out it was very worn down and about to go. They were able to quickly replace my rear tires and I was able to return safely to Virginia with my wife and kids. Thank you all so much! Highly recommend!

Really kind and helpful service. We couldn’t patch/plug the tire but waited with us at 5pm on a Friday while we worked out what to do next. Made lots of helpful suggestions that got us on our way. We would have been absolutely lost otherwise. Thank you!!
