George diagnosed a very challenging rear brake issue on a 2000 BMW K1200 master cylinder in under 30 minutes, and was extremely professional and informative throughout the repair. Very glad to have found this shop and will definitely come back for any other needs.

George owner is a good guy but as a mechanic is not professional at all he don’t know that TPS in the bike can be checked with multimeter telling me that it should be special wires only for the bike and it will cost me $300. I gave him my bike with idle surging condition and he simply just checked the air leak and air box and every time I was calling him he informed that he going to the job but unfortunately he was just fixing other bikes, every time was coming to the shop he pertained that he worked on my bike. So he only worked when I’m in shop Then we found that parts has to be changed and as a owner i infomed George that parts only will come with a month and maybe I should take my bike from his shop, George informed me that it’s ok your bike could stay here. When parts came in it didnt fix the issue but he fully charge me $500 It's like the bike has been repaired. So guys I’m not sure who place all these positive reviews probably his friends but he is not professional mechanic at all I can tell you that from my experience.

I have been taking my 01 Suzuki Marauder to George and the guys at Cavalier since I bought it back in March.They have always treated me fairly and George has gone the extra mile to help me on several occasions. Being an older used bike, it's had several issues over the past few months. George has always been willing to answer questions that I have and has even walked me through different things so I can save some money and work on the bike myself. It recently needed some carb work and and other fixes, and George and his guys left the bike running better than ever. If you are looking for a motorcycle mechanic with fair prices, and who also offers great value for your money, then this is the place.

George the owner is one of the most honest and pure of heart person snd mechanic you will ever meet. He will tell it to you straight and layout all of your options. One of if not the best shop out there. They also sell gear and bike essential that you won’t find in any other shop. Cavailer Customs is special.

I've been looking for a local motorcycle mechanic shop for quite some time and I happened to come across Cavalier Customs while riding around town. Ariel was extremely informative and welcoming. I needed a couple important repairs that I've been holding off on because of money and relying on my bike for commuting/leisure. However, George the owner gave me a really thorough explanation of what I needed and what I didn't while offering a fair labor rate so I decided to give these guys a shot and left my bike at their shop for the week. My bike now runs great and I didn't spend a whole lot so I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area.
