Rapid RV Repair

We took our 2020 Grand Design Momentum SS 29g to Cody at Rapid RV Repair. We were given top notch service right out of the gate. Our trailer had some UV damage along the right side as well as on the front cap...fading...dull paint...etc. We had purchased our trailer out of state, and when we did, we purchased a "protection plan" that would supposedly cover this kind of damage if we provided a service estimate. Cody helped us work up a thorough estimate of the damage, as well as getting images and documented recommendations. We submitted these to the insurance provider and we were pleasantly surprised by a full payout. Cody then helped order all the replacement decals, schedule the removal and replacement, and did a complete cut and buff. After that he added a new protective coating, and the trailer shines like new again. We were completely impressed. They also helped us out with some other issues unrelated to the UV damage. Their attention to detail, and willingness to offer the us exactly the level of perfection requested, floored us. Rarely, in todays world, can you find a business that prioritizes the customers satisfaction over just getting the job out the door. Rapid RV Repair did, and because of this they will have our loyalty. Another point I'd like to mention, is that they were VERY responsive and communicative throughout this entire process. Their shop rates are quite competitive, and for the level of service and quality of work we received, we're very happy. I have and would absolutely recommend Cody and Rapid RV Repair to friends!

We purchased our RV Thursday and broke a key off in the lock. We went to Rapid RV Repair and had near instant service. They were courteous and reassuring. We left feeling really appreciative and relieved. Tom was excellent. Another man whose name I cannot recall ( started with an R ) was a wizard with tools. We cannot highly enough recommend their services!

Rapid RV Repair is awesome! We have had Porfi fix our water pump and he just installed 2 new Maxxfans in our Van. This guy always does top quality work. He is the kind of person you want to help you out. Always has a big smile and is a happy guy. Chris and Lorraine are also very helpful with booking appointments and taking care of all our questions. Definitely recommend this business!

Took advantage of there $99.99 wash and detail. Call to make appointment detailing manager was not in no issue he called me back that afternoon made the appointment. Crew was on time for the appointment very courteous. Explained what he was going to do asked me if I had any issues or concerns. Did a very good job. Trailer appeared it was dried after wash windows spotless tire and wheels cleaned Will use them again in the future

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Rapid RV repairs! Tom and Lorraine are there to assist you with your issue. My water pump was failing me, and everyone in town was busy and could not see me until January. It wasn’t until I discovered Rapid RV repairs that I made an appointment. My tech was Porfidio. He provided excellent service and communication. I left there a happy camper with my new water pump. If anything should go wrong with my motorhome in the future, I will certainly be back!

The furnace on our park-model trailer went unused for years. When we decided to start using it again, I could not get it to fire up. I contacted a local handyman that had experience servicing these furnaces. Well, the issue on our furnace stumped him, he was unable to get it to fire up. He recommended we call Rapid RV Repair. We did and their technician, Rolando, was able to pinpoint the issue and order the parts needed. Once those parts arrived the technician was back at our place and the furnace was soon back in order. Throughout the repair process, which took a few days due to the need to order parts, Renee the office manager, kept me updated regularly.
