They tried to take advantage of my wife. She took her highlander in because the maintenance light was on. The tech recommended several things to fix totaling about $3,500. I thought this sounded like a lot so we took the car to the Szott M59 Toyota to get a second opinion. That technician said that there were no codes on the print out and it mostly likely just needed to be reset after a previous oil change. I would not recommend this service center to anyone because they may do unnecessary work to your vehicle and cost you thousands that you do not need to spend.

These guys are the best out there without a doubt, I had previously went to MATICK Toyota looking to get a Tacoma as my previous vehicle had been in an accident. The guys there wouldn’t even give me time of day where as Jason from Randy wise knocked it out of the park. Step by step walked me through everything the truck could do and even held the vehicle for me while I got what i needed from my insurance, while the guys at Matick Toyota wouldn’t even talk to me without seeing the money first. Simply put you want to be treated like your business matters and have the best service possible it’s hands down Randy wise Toyota and definitely ask for jason

The worst customer service for oil change I have to stay from 10 AM in the morning until 6 PM with appointment and that’s what happened after in the picture

What service did they perform? None. I made an appointment two weeks ago. Took my car there, waited, only to be told at the end of the day that they have not looked at my car, that they will at next business day, Monday. Not really sure the purpose of making an appointment here.
