Will not be back. Went a couple times in the last week, one time for an oil filter, they charged me TWELVE dollars, I went to Brown & Sons on Davison Rd and got the EXACT SAME filter for $4. Also went in to rent a ball joint press, but the first employee helping me on this transaction asked what vehicle I drove 3 times and STILL gave me the wrong kit, the second employee seemed dazed & confused-not too sure what was going on. Overall not a good experience

TO THE RUDE FEMALE EMPLOYEE WHO WORKED TODAY, There could be various reasons why a UPS worker might change an address on a shipment without the customer's permission, even if there was no problem with the original address. Some possible reasons include: Efficiency: The UPS worker might have noticed an error in the address that could potentially cause a delay in delivery. By proactively correcting the address, they aim to ensure the package reaches its destination on time. Routing Optimization: UPS may have internal routing algorithms that suggest a more efficient or cost-effective route based on the corrected address. Changing the address could be part of UPS's operational optimization efforts. System Error: It's also possible that the address change was made in error by the worker or the system they were using. Mistakes can happen even in well-established processes.
