Ramona Performance Motorcycle

I would give this shop 0 stars if I could the staff is unfriendly and extremely rude. I called to ask if they had a tool to adjust suspension and the girl who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about and called me weird when she handed the phone off (didn't even bother to mute herself). Once I was speaking to the shop owner he told me that I could not use his tool (somewhat understandable) and that he would charge me (this is a 30 second job) $25 to adjust my suspension when the wrench that you need only costs $10-20. I would much sooner rent a uhaul trailer and take my business elsewhere. I hope that others may see this review and make a great decision to never contact this shop for anything.

Good people and great service. They mounted motorcycle tires on my rims even though I didn't buy the tires there. Even tool care of it while I waited. You won't get that level of service from the big chain apparel or sales companies.

Great friendly service. Always good to support local business. Kevin is an awesome mechanic and gets the job done.Thanks for the recommendation on the new tires. They ride sweeeeet !

These guys are awesome. Got a flat tire memorial weekend and called them up they had me back up and going in 30mins and the price was great also. Definitely would recommend them.

I've been here a few times. I just went today April 18th to have them mount a front tire for my 75 Yamaha XS650. Everyone here is always nice and cool. Its the only place in town,I don't mind driving some place else to have bike work done,but I don't have to. These guys n gals have always been helpful. I'll be back for my next motorcycle need. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ramona Performance Motorcycles and cannot recommend their business. On January 31, 2025, I visited the shop to inquire about a clutch and battery for an ATV repair. Krissy Fee informed me that while the battery was non-refundable, the clutch could be returned as long as it was unused and clean. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the purchase, paying $137.71 in cash, as they did not accept other payment methods. On February 5, 2025, I was notified that the part had arrived. The following day (2/6/2025), I called to request a refund since I no longer needed the part. I was told to call back. After multiple attempts, I finally reached the owner, Kevin Riggs, on February 11, 2025, who stated he could not help me and directed me to speak with Krissy the next day. When I followed up, she claimed she would contact the supplier, but I never received any updates. Frustrated, I attempted to visit the store on February 25, 2025, at 3:30 PM during their posted business hours, only to find the doors locked. Later that day, I called at 5:06 PM and spoke with Kevin, who flatly refused to issue a refund. When I reminded him of the return policy I was given at the time of purchase, he shockingly stated that Krissy was not an employee but merely "a friend" who helped out at the shop. When I questioned this, his response was to dismiss me with, "I don’t have time for this," before abruptly ending the call. On March 7, 2025, I made a final attempt to resolve the issue in person. Krissy not only denied ever telling me the part was refundable, but she also refused to provide her full name. She declined to offer even a partial refund and went so far as to challenge me to sue the business, stating it would "just cost [me] more money." This experience was unprofessional at every level. The shop failed to honor its own verbal commitments, displayed poor customer service, and demonstrated a complete lack of integrity. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Ramona Performance Motorcycles.
