Black Widow Diesel

The best diesel shop in SoCal maybe all of California. Was recommended this place from a friend. Messaged them told them what I wanted all they made recommendations based on my application. I went with what they recommended. Got the parts ordered once they came in I dropped off my truck had a fully built transmission in it in 24hrs also did a few other things. They treated me like family the whole time. The owner Eric is a great guy running an honest business with fair prices. His mechanics were very friendly and welcoming spent tons of time talking to me about everything. If I ever need one of my vehicles worked on again I refuse to bring it anywhere else.

Our GMC Canyon 2.8 Duramax blew up and we took it to the best shop we know, Black Widow Diesel, who already had done the suspension lift. Good communication back and forth saved our forever truck. BWD is a VERY busy, high volume shop, and still took the time to ease our concerns and were VERY flexible with the timeline. Took delivery of the truck recently and VERY happy with the repairs. Their prices are VERY reasonable, as well. Thank You, Eric and Ciera.

Eric and staff explained everything in detail on what was wrong with my diesel One of my good friends recommended me to black widow diesel and even though it was quiet a drive from me took my chances and it was worth it. Eric and his team took their time to educate me on what other details my truck had and on how to go on from now on with my diesel Great job from staff also

Loren at the front desk was amazing start to finish. Clear communication was constant throughout check in, preforming the work and pick up. The whole team went above and beyond to service my Skoolie and would definitely use th again in the future!

Was in SD visiting some friends when my E450 skoolie started having a massive fuel leak. Called many mobile mechanics and shops around the SD area and couldn't get anyone to look at my issue without throwing away money . Thankfully my friend mentioned his friend in Ramona who had a diesel repair shop . Got my skoolie towed the 35 miles thru coach net towing to black widow diesel. The owner Eric had my issue fixed within a few hours and I was on my way . Highly recommend the guys over at Black widow diesel in Ramona specially if you have a van front end diesel skoolie . These guys know there diesels . Thanks again ciera and Eric for getting me in on short notice and hooking us up and getting us back on the road . Will definitely be recommending your shop to all my friends with skoolies!

Proficient in installing the Banks Monster Ram intake and grid heater delete and checking the drivetrain and oil change. Very happy with the service and knowing they have a very qualified diesel tech working on my truck. Could use a little help on communication and timing, but overall a good experience and would not have issue referring people to them. Nick is awesome on Cummins engines!

My 96 4X4 Dodge Laramie truck was in need of repair and maintenance. It was my father’s truck and stored for several years. When my father passed his truck became mine. My father loved his truck and I knew that I had to bring it back to life. I drove by Black Widow diesel shop several times because it was close to where I live and saw so many vehicles there I knew this was the place to go. Eric and his staff brought my truck back to life. They went bumper to bumper and fixed all that was needed. What parts they couldn’t get they manufactured. My truck received the TLC is so needed. It feels so good to drive it and have it sound and run so beautifully. If you want quality work on your diesel engine and frame Black Widow is the shop. Eric and his staff are the best.
